Textured soy and soy flours

SOYA "Morning" flakes 150 g

Contains gluten.


Use just like any morning flakes (or just like corn flakes). Serve with milk, soy milk, fruit juice, etc... Can be eaten cooked too.

 

 

 

SOYA strips 250 g

An alternative for meat slices or addition to meat slices. Quick to cook, cooking time 10 min.

1 part of soya slices in 2 parts of water, add spices and cook for 10 min. stirring now and then. Filter out water.

 

 

SOYA chunks 350 g

An alternative for meat chunks or addition to meat chunks. Consistency reminds chicken.

Quick to cook, cooking time 10 min. Add 1 part of soya chunks in 2 parts of water, add spices and cook for 10 min. stirring  now and then. Filter out water.

 

 

SOYA flour 300 g

Contains gluten.

Do not require cooking! Use in baking, sauces and in cooking instead of egg and milk. 

Good in müsli and porridge. When baking, 1/3 of wheat flour can be replaced with soy flour.

 

 

 

SOYA mince (brown) 500 g


Use for baking or to replace the ground meat or to extend ground meat in meals. Use as it is in muesli or with yogurt or with salad. Can be used also to make chop suey, sauces, burgers or on the pizzas and on risotto or in casserole dishes and so on...

 

 

SOYA mince (neutral) 500 g

Do not require cooking.Good in müsli, porridge, yoghurt and in baking.

Add 1 part of soya mince into 2 parts of water, add spices and cook for 5 min. stirring now and then.
